This Custom Hinge has been created for our client. The client is an expert in and Solar Installations. As the demand for Solar panels are increasing in the region, the turn around time needs to be improved upon. While avoiding harsh site conditions, this mechanism allows the panels to be portable. Mechanical & Electrical Engineers have calibrated and cross checked all parameters prior to final site install.
Pre-Fab & Quick Install
The requirement is to provide a quick turn around time of installation of solar panels. The mechanism allows double panels to be transported vertically with all the wiring and framework done prior to core site work. This can allow projects to be economical where the install time will drastically decrease. Advantages can be considered where most of the panel and structures can be pre-fabricated, this allows one dedicated place to where all the tools, experts & fabricators can work on multiple sites simultaneously. An open trailer can fit a minimum of thirty commercial panels fully fitted out and ready to use once mounted on site and main wiring to be terminated into invertor
Product
The Double sided leaf Hinge is a robust design. Made from Carbon Fiber Nylon infill, It has higher strength to weight ratio than convention metals and is corrosion proof. It can withstand high temperatures and provides a long life with its UV resistance. The design allows for quick loading of panels directly to frame.
